Why Beach Prospects?
Beach Prospects was founded by Wayne Holly with a core mission of empowering prospects and families to make informed decisions as they journey toward finding the right fit in a beach volleyball college and getting recruited. After nearly a decade in the NCAA recruiting athletes, Wayne saw the recruiting process as flawed. Coaches have more power and more information on prospects than prospects ever have had on coaches and college beach programs. With Beach Prospects, Wayne's vision is to reset the balance by empowering prospects with the educational insights they need to make informed decisions and participate more meaningfully and confidently in their own process.
Experienced Advice
With nearly a decade in D-I collegiate coaching, we decided to convert our experience recruiting beach athletes into a system for helping beach athletes to make educated decisions and navigate the recruiting (or transfer) process. If you want to know how recruiting works, what coaches look for, why academics matter, the roles of financial aid, admissions and compliance, the realities of camps, clinics and college visits, even the tax implications of scholarships, we can guide you each step of the way as the only full-time college beach consultants with a legal background and who are former head NCAA D-I beach volleyball coaches.

We also limit the number of simultaneous representations we accept. By prioritizing limited representations over a mass clientele we are committed to providing our clients highly attentive and personalized assistance throughout the college recruiting process.
Credibility
Credibility is everything. Our years of experience, on-going roles within the sport, extensive coverage of college beach volleyball and full-time commitment to evaluating team and roster trends gives us a unique understanding of how college programs differ among regions, conferences, divisions (D-I, D-II and D-III) and even associations (NCAA & NAIA). Our experience actually coaching and recruiting, together with our full-time evaluation of every four-year program in the country allows us credibly to navigate you through your college search and recruiting process. We place the focus on YOU (not us) and we help YOU find your voice, choice and fit. We don't "get" you recruited and we don't "send" prospects to schools. We are professional, independent advisors who help our clients identify their options and confidently make informed choices among them. Our allegiance is to our clients - not to clubs, coaches or governing bodies.
