The college search and recruiting process is filled with important decisions, complex rules, and long-term consequences. Our advisory services provide families with experienced, independent guidance from the earliest stages of becoming a college prospect through the final review and execution of scholarship and enrollment documents. Throughout the process, our goal is to provide independent, experienced guidance that helps families make informed decisions, reduce uncertainty, and confidently navigate the increasingly complex landscape of college athletics recruiting in the sport of beach volleyball.

We help families establish a strong foundation by navigating NCAA and NAIA eligibility requirements, registration procedures, amateurism certification, and academic eligibility standards. Our services include guidance on completing eligibility center registrations, understanding required disclosures, organizing records, and developing a streamlined system for managing important recruiting and eligibility information. 

At the heart of our process is helping prospects find the right college fit by targeting potential "best fit" schools.  Selecting the right college requires a thoughtful evaluation of athletic, academic, financial, and personal factors. We assist families in identifying realistic opportunities, evaluating programs, developing target school lists, and creating structured frameworks for comparing colleges based on factors that matter most to the student-athlete and family. Recruiting exposure is most effective when paired with a clear communication plan. We advise prospects on recruiting timelines, communication rules, outreach strategies, college visits, camps and clinics, and even event selection. Our guidance helps families engage coaches professionally while avoiding common communication errors we observed personally as former college head and assistant beach volleyball coaches.

Receiving a college offer is an exciting step on the journey that requires families to face important decisions with significant financial and educational implications. We help prepare prospects and parents communicate ahead of anticipated offers, evaluate scholarship proposals, understand how athletic aid is structured, identify important questions to ask, and recognize the difference between written terms and verbal representations.

A verbal commitment is often only the beginning of a critical transition period. We advise families on confirming commitments, maintaining communication with coaching staffs, understanding their options if circumstances change, and navigating situations involving coaching changes, scholarship modifications, program discontinuation, and de-commitment decisions. 

Before signing any binding documents, we help families understand scholarship agreements, grant-in-aid documents, National Letters of Intent (where applicable), and other enrollment-related paperwork. Our review process focuses on identifying key terms, clarifying ambiguities, addressing discrepancies, and helping families understand the rights, obligations, and consequences associated with their decisions.
