Beach volleyball has one of the highest percentages of transfer athletes in NCAA women’s sports. This is primarily due to the number of graduate transfers moving from indoor volleyball to the beach game for their “fifth year” of eligibility. As more beach programs look to improve blocking and add height to their rosters there is more opportunity than ever for graduate transfers to play collegiate beach volleyball.
