As the owner and founder of Beach Prospects, Wayne Holly brings a unique professional background to his role as a full-time private advisor. Wayne combines more than 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney with an additional nine years of experience as an NCAA D-I coach to his work on behalf of Beach Prospects clients. Wayne's legal background, experience as an advocate, and expertise analyzing, interpreting and applying complex rules allows Beach Prospects clients to benefit from a full-time professional with more than a decade of experience advising clients.  Client needs receive our full-time attention.

Expert Evaluators

At the heart of a successful recruiting process is a realistic assessment of a prospect’s current skills and her capacity for future growth. If you have ever wondered how college coaches evaluate you, we can help.  We have been evaluating beach volleyball athletes and recruiting them to college for years. Whether as the coach of a D-I collegiate beach program, an evaluator for USA Beach High Performance Programming, or serving for three years on the AVCA Collegiate Beach All American Committee, our experience identifying the relevant strengths and weaknesses of beach volleyball athletes is highly refined.  

For our clients, we will conduct an athletic evaluation that characterizes your current developmental ability and forecasts your future based on your current practice schedule and training environment. We will also counsel you in how to improve. Our evaluation includes recommended training emphases based on our proprietary process for designing training programs customized to stimulate targeted growth in individual athletes.

Using our proprietary process and extensive collection of collegiate beach performance data, we do more than just evaluate your performance. We analyze and assess it in the context of the skills most relevant, and the proficiency levels required, to succeed in collegiate beach volleyball. We then provide you specific feedback on the most optimal college programs for your goals, preferences and performance ability
